Wellness: the quality or state of being healthy in body and mind, especially as the result of deliberate effort.

Healing isn’t only about fixing a problem. It’s about getting to a place of wholeness within ourselves in body, mind + spirit. Sometimes that involves fixing something but many times it involves accommodating and accepting what is and moving on from there.

It's not about being your best self, it's about being your true self.

Healing & Wellness Arts focuses on healing through evidence based behavioral and mental health interventions. We all come to desire change through our different life experiences. We are here to support you and the diverse perspectives you bring to our work together. We hope to honor and celebrate those experiences in finding what works for you.
